All products come with a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. If you are purchasing anything that is a custom package (meaning not an off the shelf item) there is a 10% cancellation fee after payment made, no returns on software, 10% restocking fee if returned within 3 business days after receipt of product. MUST contact before the first 3 business days to request a return. Customer responsible for all shipping fees. 25% restocking fee on custom packages. Even if something says free shipping, it still cost us money to ship and we pay that directly to the shipper and have no recourse to get refund, so therefore there can be no refunds on shipping under any circumstances. In addition to this, if you do return, the refund will have the original ship cost deducted from it.
